At Naturyzen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following conditions:
When can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation of your order before it has been processed and shipped.
Once the order has been prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. In that case, you will have to wait to receive it and proceed with a return according to our return policy.
How do I request cancellation?
Send an email to info@rejuvenale.com indicating the order number and your full name.
You can also contact us via WhatsApp or through the contact form on the website.
We will process your request as soon as possible and confirm by email if the cancellation has been accepted.
Refund
If the cancellation is made before shipment, we will refund the total amount of the order using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Cancellations of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted, except in the case of a defect or error attributable to Rejuvenale.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock error, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. In this case, the customer will be notified and the full amount will be refunded.
