Shipping Time
Most orders will ship between 2-5 business days depending on whether your location is US based or international.

Delays
In the unlikely event of a delay, please allow up to 4 weeks due to supply chain problems or external factors. This is a common occurrence in the industry and is not something we can control.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if the order has already been placed with our suppliers or fulfillment services. Once the order is submitted, it will be fulfilled through to completion.

Locations
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it includes items from different fulfillment facilities, as each facility holds different products.

What's the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the US on all orders over $60. On average all order shipping costs are 6$ to any state in the US. International shipping costs may vary.

When will I receive my products?

All products are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days and on average it takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order. If things go smoothly, you place your order on Monday you should receive it by Friday the same week.

Every now and then, such as holiday seasons, there may be a delay on orders due to the high volume coming in within such a short time period. We value being transparent with our customers, so please be patient as we are a small team doing the best we can!

What's your refund policy?

As a general rule, we have a no-questions-asked return policy. We make it easy and fast. If for any reason you want to return the product, you have 30 days to do so.

In case you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment we will automatically ship out new product for you or issue a full refund. Refer to refund policy on footer of page.

If you cancel a non subscription before the order is confirmed to ship you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel the subscription after the order has already been processed and shipped, you will be charged for the current period and will receive the order as usual. You can cancel again at any time, but remember to do so no later than 2 days before the end of the period. See return policy at the bottom of the page.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out.

The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. See the subscription policy at the bottom of the page.

Where are the products manufactured?

All products are developed and manufactured together with our partners, who are FDA-certified and FDA-approved supplement manufacturers in the USA that meet the highest GMP standards.

Can I track my order?

Once you will make a purchase and your order will be confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available and shipping charges vary depending on the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may accrue upon receipt. Please send us an email to info@rejuvenale.com with the items you are interested in purchasing and the country where you wish to receive the order. We will reply as soon as possible with information and shipping cost.

What does the subscription give me?

If you subscribe to get the products monthly you will receive them in a timely manner and never run out of product. And you will get much better price.

How can I manage my subscription?

The subscription management information will be emailed to you upon first purchase.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You may cancel the contract at any time. Be sure to do so at least 2 days before the term expires. If you do so within the term, we will send you a message confirming your cancellation, and we will not charge you for the subscription or send you the corresponding product. If you cancel after the deadline, the designated payment method will be charged and the subscriptions will remain active until the customer cancels the next cycle.

How pure are your supplements?

At REJUVENALE, our products are developed to promote healthy living, and their ingredients, combinations and dosages are solidly grounded in aging and longevity research. We work to ensure that the specific ingredients (and the levels of each ingredient) in our products are safe, effective and well tolerated.

Our ingredients are thoroughly tested to establish their identity, purity, potency and freedom from contamination. We partner with the highest quality, GMP-compliant manufacturers as required by the FDA. We use independent laboratories to further verify the manufacturer's quality test results.

Are your supplements well absorbed?

We use tested ingredients that have been on the market for a long time, with high bioavailability. We avoid ingredients with low absorption. At REJUVENALE, we never take shortcuts.

Do you put additives in your supplements?

Absolutely not. Many supplements contain fillers that reduce their effectiveness and may even be harmful to your health. Some companies add agents to their supplements simply for cosmetic reasons, for example, titanium dioxide for whiteness. Others include artificial dyes, some of which are linked to cancer.

Some supplements, have substantial amounts of added sugar; many products containing minerals have revealed lead contamination during testing.

 REJUVENALE supplements offer ultra-pure ingredients and nothing else.

Is it possible to get hooked on your products?

No. Our all-natural dietary supplements aren’t habit-forming. Many of our supplements do have maximum daily dosages, so please carefully read the label before taking any of our products.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to take yoursupplements?

No. Our supplements are made with natural ingredients and don’t require a prescription from a doctor for you to take them. As a precaution, it’s always best to consult with a nutritionally-informed physician before starting any supplement regimen.

When can I expect to see results from taking yoursupplements?

Results may vary due to individual, physiological needs. Some may feel an improvement in the first couple weeks, or even the first few days. Others may not feel a noticeable change for a month or more. On average, expect to feel results within the first three months of taking REJUVENALE supplements.

How long should I take your supplements?

Some supplements – essential products such as Omega-3 Power, Vitamin D3, and our multivitamin NeuroVite Plus – should be taken for daily maintenance and ongoing wellness. Other supplements should be taken only as required (such as our sleep products) or for the term needed (such as one of our stress, energy, attention, or mood products). It’s always best to consult with a nutritionally-informed physician before starting or discontinuing any dietary supplement.

Can children take their supplements?

Many of our supplements can be taken by younger people, as well as adults. Directions for use are always listed on the supplement bottle/container.

Refer to the FAQ section of the product page for additional information. Supplements should always be administered to children with parental supervision and under the guidance of a nutritionally informed physician. When in doubt, it is better not to give supplements to children.
