What does the subscription give me?
You'll get your products monthly, you'll receive them on time and you'll never run out of product. And you'll get a much better price. Of course there is no commitment and you can cancel whenever you want.
How can I manage my subscription?
You can delay, pause, change the product, manage the quantity or edit the frequency of your subscription.
Write us an email to info@rejuvenale.com, in the subject of the email put “Configure subscription”, explain us what you need and we will take care of it.
The subscription management information will be emailed to you upon first purchase.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
Write us an email to info@rejuvenale.com, in the subject of the email put “Cancel subscription”, we will take care of the cancellation and we will send you an email confirming the cancellation.
You may cancel the contract at any time. Be sure to do so at least 2 days before the term expires. If you do so within the term, we will send you a message confirming your cancellation, and we will not charge you for the subscription or send you the corresponding product. If you cancel after the deadline, the designated payment method will be charged and the subscriptions will remain active until the customer cancels the next cycle.

- Enter your email and click “Continue.”
- Check your email for a 6-digit code (it may be in your spam folder).
- Copy the code, paste it into the login window, and click “Send” to access your account.

- Check your spam or junk folder for the login code.
- If you still can’t log in, email us at info@rejuvenale.com, and we’ll assist you.
My subscription item is out of stock. What should I do?
We are very sorry for this delay. We maintain the highest possible quality standards for our formulas, unfortunately, this means that we will occasionally run out of stock.
You can add your email to the waiting list for that product and you will be notified by email as soon as it becomes available again. At that time you can log into your account to process the order or contact our team at info@rejuvenale.com and we will be happy to do it for you.
My subscription order has already shipped. Can I still cancel?
In order to serve you better, we start processing your order as soon as you place it. If it is a subscription order, we may delay your next shipment and make any necessary adjustments to the frequency of your shipments.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at info@rejuvenale.com 2 days prior to the scheduled shipping date of the product. We will cancel your subscription and send you a confirmation email.
How can I subscribe to receive several products?
We automatically send you your products every month from the date of purchase of your subscription. If you purchased several products and subscribed to all of them on the same day, you will receive them together the following month. If you purchased them on different dates, you will receive them in different shipments. If you want to receive them all together, send us an email to info@rejuvenale.com and we will adjust it for you.
Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email, order confirmation, and shipping notification before your next shipment arrives.
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
